618 whp on 93 octane only. At 30 psi.

Tuned by Espec. 31 psi on pump gas only.

Tuned by the shop ct. 37 psi on pump gas only.

The proper tune above shows 618 whp at 31 psi, with torque coming on much quicker, and 5 psi less. Then my previous tune done at the shop ct, by one of their recomended tuners. By the way, both tunes were done with out mivec, due to the fact, that the shop ct damaged my mivec system while installing parts on my car. I was lied too that it was working and was never fixed by the shop ct. The shops recommended tuner was only able to put out 580 whp, with a redicoulous amount of boost on pump gas, 37 psi. With almost every bolt on for making power. The tune done by one of the shops ct's tuners, was also un safe for a pump gas. Here is the link, showing the tune before espec's tune. That was done through the shop ct. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...-so-laggy.html

Nice numbers for sure. This is still a 2.0L?

E-Spec has the tune down and its nice to see results on a DJ so I can directly compare versus our dyno.

I got screwed over by The Shop in ct as well, bought a car from them that was supposed to be all original then come to find out when i was getting parts installed that it had a different motor and tranny!!! It had a high mileage motor and different tranny when the motor blew up i we took a look inside and saw it definitly had well over 100k miles on the motor, and they plugged the holes for the oil cooler as there was no oil cooler and clipped the line to the oil temp sensor so it would not come on when the oil got too hot!!!

what type of dyno does The Shop use? dynapak? doesnt look like a dj layout on the sheet. if so, then cant really compare the 2 tunes.

as long as you're happy tho in the end with your results. have fun with that power!

Congrats on the numbers man! Looks good! It does seem alil laggy tho, I have the same turbo and I'm making about 100 more whp and wtq at 5k. Granted you have a bigger hotside and cams. Hope you're enjoying the car!
