Losing rotational mass also gives you whp as well. There are so many ways to gain HP it is ridiculous man, you just have to look for the details. FWIW, I made 591whp and 527tq on a stock motor @38psi w/ E85. Hit the showcase link in my sig, and you will see what I have done to the car.

Boost is coming on way late in the graph as well (full boost at 4500 on a 2.4...) it is ramping up really low like there isn't enough preload on the WGA, may wanna check that...

^^correct..
i get full 35psi at 4200 rpm with a 2.0..
you should get full boost around 4k.
still no matter what 500hp is 500hp. Just check the set up one more time..

I think I figured out why you're dissatisfied with your car.... take that TTP sticker out of your rear quarter glass.

I never said I was dissatisfied. For one. My ttp. Work was great. I'm not sure what to think of this. Tunes. Are my stock parts causing these issues.ie stock exhausted manifold small intake and intrcooler?

Long Rod or Standard Rod 2.4?

I agree on the exhaust manifold get it ported for sure.

You should atleast net around 580 plus for what you have though on that Boost setting.

it does seem a little lazy. we just did a 2.4L FP black in Barbados via e-mail. We haven't finished the tune yet but thus far it's at 32psi making 400tq by 4000rpm and peaking at 531tq by 4900rpm. Peak awhp is 512 This was done on pump gas and meth mix.

mod list:
Buschur ported mani, ebay 02, ebay 3" tbe test
BR intake pipe, filter, race fmic and pipes, forge rs bov, mildly ported intake mani stock tb, 65mm tb
JUN 272 gsc beehive springs
FP Black 25psi WGA
Built 2.4L 9.0-9.3 CR

For the OP.. maf isn't bottlenecking the car.. my personal car is nothing special.. infact theres only 2 custom parts on my entire vehicle which are the catch can and the lower ic piping..

my car with maf did 590whp with no boost controller and 25psi wga preloaded for 30psi creeping to 29psi.

at 31 it hit over 600. i have basic bolt on parts.. stock style intake manifold, stock style exhaust manifold, kelford 272 etc.. nothing out of the ordinary.. its all about how the parts work with one another back and forth.. if you have a bottleneck you will kill all your power in one part.. i had a restricted fmic on my car and it took away 70whp just like that.
