Part swapping for BOV's and MBC's is quick an easy to see if that helps.

There is lots of potential, I'm sure you guys will get it figured out.
RockmanX suggested that the springs that sould be changed out in the MBC and BOV I mentioned it earlier when the car was being built not sure if it would make a difference

You need a hallman pro. All the money you have into your motor and you are running a horrible mbc.

The FORGE horrible?? Why is that?

I have used both the Hallman and the FORGE and while I find the Hallman is good, I feel the FORGE is better.

I have seen many graphs like this up top where the intake really screws it up.

I'd get a proper intake in there and as others have said a new MBC and retry it...something going on for sure here. Maybe do a boost leak test if it hasn't been done as well. Since the black should hold way more psi up top if the MBC is cranked all the way up.

Weird...then it's gotta be a fubar'd MBC from the sound of it, anything else should've shown up in the boost leak test I would think.

I dont see how a FORGE can "max out" at 30psi. That can only happen if you have the "soft" spring in and you should be running the "hard" spring.

I have a FP BLACK and a FORGE (with "hard" spring installed) and only 10 clicks (when there is about 60-70) gets 26/27psi and and can hit 30psi at about 20-25 clicks.

Also, my boost curve is very flat and stable. Not like the OPs. And I hit 27psi sooner and Im on a 2.0L.

So OP, are you running the hard or soft spring in your FORGE?

I'm not 100% sure. So I should look into the hard spring then huh

To me there seems to be a few things wrong with the car...for sure the MBC as one of them cranked all the way up should be way more boost. But even with the MBC fixed it would seem like that would only be part of the problem.

i am sure MAP has already let the customer know the route to take for troubleshooting and have told him certain parts to change.
