Congrats on cracking 500
Can you post up the actual dyno graph , im sure those numbers feel impressive , but from what i could see of the tiny dyno chart there are some odd dips in your powerband that indicate some issues ,
What events if any do you attend up here in the northwoods

Very nice indeed. Nice work getting 500's. Once you work out the air flow restrictions, no doubt it will be a beast.

The dips I was told was because of the boost restrictions not enough air so boost was struggling

no events yet I just like streetable fun maybe track it once or twice

I made more on the stock block 2.0 with your same set up. I also had the MAF in. You might have other issues.

uncorrected on a mustang. I did run more boost then you 34 peak.

I also eventually sucked in the honeycomb in the MAF

I don't think the MAF is the restriction either, your looking at something else.

Portwork, Portwork, Portwork.

Port the exhaust manifold, hotside, get the O2 eliminator dp (which I have for sale ), and get their rev3 intake. No need for SD now unless you just really want it. A turbo is powered by exhaust, so why not make it as free-flowing as possible.

I agree with what the others have said the Maf may not be the true issue , porting your crap will help, and the map one piece downpipe o2 eliminator is a great piece i use it also and have had great results,

Our local club is running the brainerd lapping and autox for MAP this year , and we host many events in central WI appleton milwaukee and green bay areas , its always fun to see new people at these events , and torque monsters are always a treat.

yeah, it's not just 1 item to get the #'s you should be making....you have numerous low hanging fruit to be addressed.

being that you have a blk, sd isnt as big of a deal, but any reduction in back pressure is a good thing....

you might say "sd is intake not exhaust", but if your targeting 30 psi, then you have to work the turbo harder to suck through the maf to get the 30 psi vs a SD car targeting 30psi

fwiw, i target 30 psi, fp blk, e85, & i make 500wtq @ 4100 rpm.....

take your time, you have a bulk of your build complete...its just about the details now.
