MAP EF4 e85 built 2L tuned by tscompusa/vr-speed
theres about 75-100lbs of crap in the trunk that we didnt account for. that would raise the numbers about 20-30whp more.

corrected graph results below:

the important thing to realize here this isnt just a peak number increase it effects the entire graph when weight is added. i added 60lbs which is still probably conservative for the trunk, but i will not have him edit the main first post until the cars weight'ed with him in it so we know for sure.
I told you that wasnt my doing hahaha. The car will get fixed eventually being I busted my ***** all last week so a 2k paycheck this week will be nice for a change. Hopefully I can get the battery relocated and get all that **** fixed and then I can get the idle control issue fixed as well then drive it around for a few hours. Ask Will though the car moves pretty nicely even only half tuned.
ROFL!!!! You think cause power goes up in VD the car makes more power??? Your dead wrong.
The engine doesn't magically output more power when you remove weight. It accelerates faster because there is less mass to move.

Virtual dyno is a program that relies specifically on weight, tire diameter, logger seconds and RPM, gear ratio, etc.. set the weight wrong and it will show inaccurate power estimates. set the gearbox wrong and it will show inaccurate, and so on.

and your car isnt making more power from just adding the weight, its just allowing virtual dyno to show a more accurate reading based on correct data input.. if you dont put in proper information its not going to accurately measure your power right.
put it this way.. strap a house behind your car and do a WOT pull.. dont adjust the weight to the towing weight and see what happens.. the additional weight slows down your vehicle RPM x logger speed down and you are now a 40whp car according to the program.. or whatever it would be lol.
just an example.
lowering the vehicle weight will always result in a power loss in a virtual dyno program that is measuring power based on engine speed vs Log seconds vs weight. seems both of you don't understand how it works. if the car is actually 3500lbs and the program is setup for only 3300lbs you have 200lbs going against you dragging the car that the program is not accounting for slowing down the engine speed (RPM) vs logger seconds, therefore in return you will display less power then what the vehicle is actually producing based on the programs calculations.
So yes, if Jeff has an additional 100lbs sitting in his trunk unaccounted for its definitely going to effect the calculations of the virtual dyno.

obviously you have no since of humor, that was ment to be funny not technical. I maybe slow sometimes but I'm not stupid I understand how these things work. Just cause you can't see the humor in it doesn't mean every post has to be serious like in your daily life.
Good Job Tom! Driveability is key to a fun car and not just peak numbers.

You said it correct the car accelerates faster because it has less weight.. VD can compensate for that extra weight and still be accurate.
Maybe you didnt missunderstand and are being a trolling Beotch but i think your smarter then that
This is the reason i didn't tell tom about everything that i had in my car. I have seen people *****ing about people making there car heavier then what it really is. So i didn't want to deal with all that BS.
The car drives great and is fast. Its to bad i cant post street videos as im racing a 650whp SCed viper Friday night.

All they will do is ***** that jeff is running a map turbo. I said something a while ago when I ordered mine and I got alot of **** by alot of long time friends and forum guys just cause it wasnt FP turbo. Alot of people over there think if it isn't Davids parts its ****. Trust me I have had plenty of experience in the 10 years I've been over there

There are only a handfull of FIC injectors I like, and 1450's are definitely not on that list lol
