MAP EF4 e85 built 2L tuned by tscompusa/vr-speed
he stayed in front the entire time. all i know is that it was a alphra 9 GTR.. even on pump gas they run low 10's. on racegas they are in the high 9's.
i was told he did race the switzer e900 and obviously got pulled on. but seeing the video and seeing how much gap there is between cars is still something very interesting to see.. it gives us an idea how a 580whp~ evo fairs against a 800whp GTR.
I have not seen footage of it yet though myself.

There is nothing wrong with that.
At the end of the day, it depends what the client wants.
Personally WHAT I WANT is similar to Jerry.
Thats why i built a 2.3 with Mivec and a FP Red turbo.
Full boost @ 3500-3800 yes please.
Cheers, Mike
He's not an idiot, he's opinionated.

600hp 460 tq are suck *** laggy numbers dude. dont even need a dyno graph to know that, thats how uneducated you really are. learn to read dyno graphs and except criticism. or get old before your time. I built a 600hp 570tq 4g63 in a sub 2600lb car eight years ago before the evolution board even came along. and your telling me your car is responsive

I am not gonna learn anything from you. you obviously have lots to learn.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but its pretty obvious that people have different goals and expectations for their cars. I can't wait until we get more results from these turbochargers as we currently have a very small sample set to work with compared to the plethora of FP Black configurations out there.
In regards to that EFR 7670 it is certainly impressive. However, how long did that customer have to wait to get the turbo? And how much did he have to spend to utilize it? I'm betting it was more than double the investment these guys made on their EF4. (Edit: Actually it was far more than double with that dual wastegate setup)
This is where you're wrong. Our motivation to launch this program wasn't based on quality or performance deficiencies it was based on availability issues and a lack of customer service from one of the main players. Don't get me wrong improving performance over existing product offerings and continually improving our own product is at the forefront of our efforts, but there are several other factors to consider when measuring the success of a product.

Here's a few more apples for the EF4 basket, 300 ft/lbs before 4000 on the Evo IX and between 3700-3800 on the 2.4L Evo 8.
2006 Evo IX

Evo 8 2.4L
2006 Evo IX

Evo 8 2.4L

I have been in the 4g63 hobby for 15 years and turbo hobby for 30 years. You have no idea what knowledge I have. You sound like a 16 year old punk who paid big bucks to have his car built. Then you get all butt hurt when someone with knowledge comes along tells you your setup isnt all that from a poor choice of turbo.

Well it rained south of here tonight so i had to stay home. it was dry around me so i fixed some things. like the leaky PCV and threw on a Tial Q BOV. Made some passes the new graphs will be posted shortly. Seems like those were both holding me a back a little bit.
