Update, went back to STM to have them fix my OBDII issues ( monitors not ready), and it looks like we are good to go. No idea why it never worked on the first few flashes, but basically the car was given another ROM ID and it was retuned. With the new ROM ID, the car has not given me any of its old cold start surging, so I am happy with the result.

How's the car running?

 

Car is still on jackstands undergoing major rust removal/refinishing of the front clip. Yanked the stock intercooler and piping, convinced myself its not going back together until its painted and I can bolt on the new IC and piping. Going short route piping with a mini battery, want to try and free up some room under the hood and ditch unnecessary garbage! I have evo fever for sure though.
