We know that turbo is pretty small however that is irrelevant bc it flows more than an IX turbo and the IX turbo on corn is good for over 400.

Can you give us a breakdown of your full mods list? Even the 340 on pump is really low IMO. Something isnt quite right here...
I have full Turbo back exhaust with no Catalytic, also have a Tomei 02 housing, ETS intercooler piping, upgraded intercooler, Tomei turbo, cams, cam gears, PTE 1200 cc injectors on E85. I just don't want to replace the turbo if its working good,I mean it does push good PSI

Ok I just checked and it has No in or out Play but has maybe 1 MM of up and down play,Very minimal but fins do not touch housing at all. One thing I could maybe think of is the Manifold to turbo has four bolts but one is stripped and just laying there, but I don't believe that she be an issue.

A stock turbo is pretty stout even at a 30 PSI spike, tried and true technology with very rare failure rate. But if you continue to run pump gas boost and not take advantage of a massive timing curve within the spike your power levels will be pedestrian at best. Look into a BB GREEN at least a red if you want 550whp all day long.

I had a similar issue and it turned out that my bov couldnt handle it much more and was just leaking everywhere. replaced it and got alot more power.

You have some type of issue. I have tested E85 vs pump gas at the same boost, and just AFR and timing changes give about 30-40hp/tq

Yes and that is wh we are trying to find out, all systems go for me but just not making any power.

Pull your exhaust off and see if you gain Big power. If not then I would go over your whole setup. A friend had solstice bag in his intercooler clogging it up! Something is definitely wrong.

You are slow boosting, your not peaking at what should be 4-4500 rpm your almost 2000 rpm later-- how about WG issues.. That turbo has been dyno'd and posted up here on the forum and the curve looks very different from yours-- should be very similar to stock, but you are way off and to the rt.

If you have a pre turbo exhaust leak it will kill power. it will also make you spool way lazy. If one of your 4 bolts that hold the turbine housing to the exhaust manifold is loose and causing a exhaust leak that will hurt performance drastically.

Wow you know what tomorrow I am going to find a bolt long enough and put a Nut on the other side and tighten it. I mean everything seems to be perfect so it can probably be that.

Just went to my car and looked around the Exhaust to turbo connection and I can see that a piece of the gasket broke and there is a small space inbetween, when I turned on the car I can definitely feel an Exhaust leak spraying air throught there. But, on Idle is a nice bit of air but under boost I can only imagine.

Ya i was going to say the gasket is probably blown also depending on how long the leak was there.

Well now you know what the issue is! once you get a new gasket and retap / fix your leak you should spool 10x quicker and it will make more power. be careful though, it may boost way higher then it is now after you fix that leak.
