I had a similar setup with a 20G and it was awesome! Car ran 11.8@122. Street killer.

How is your peak torque at 4600? Seems late in the powerband.

Same question here. I ran a stock 8 turbo on my 2.3 for a week. It hit 20psi by 2500rpm. It seemed really unnatural the way the car performed.
I feel like yours should spool much faster.

^ I found a couple things on the car since that VD run that could be responsible. The first was that a coil was acting up on the COP setup and the wiring wasn't making a great connection. So I purchased new clips with pigtails and soldered them into the harness and replaced the coil that was acting up and seemed to have a faulty connection and it felt like the spool was a little better.

I just recently ordered an o2 dump to see if I can get a little more out of it and noticed a decentish amount of shaft play with the turbo while I was taking out the existing o2 housing. The whole reason I considered doing the housing is because of the recent logs I took on the car and noticed the o2 sensor response being bad and had an oxygen sensor mailed in and thought it'd be good to just do both part replacements at once.

So between the o2 sensor probably being old, hardly responsive and the coil acting up I think may have had the influence on the spool. Regardless boost still kicked you in the butt while getting on it.

The owner of this thread did those runs but I own the car now.

Hey! My buyer! Hope she is still running well!

Shes doing well! I can't wait to toss on this o2 dump in the next day or two when it gets here. The car is already apart waiting for it to arrive haha. Glad to hear you picked up another! It's hard to stay away from them.
