Please Help :(

Dear members,

My Setup is as follows:

Fully rebuilt 2.3 Stroker with Manley crankshaft
JE FSR 85.5mm pistons 8:5:1 compression
Tomei 1.2mm headgasket
BC H-Beam connecting rods
Darton Dry Sleeves
ACL race and main bearings
Upgraded wrist pins
Thrust washers
ARP main studs
ARP 625+ headstuds
GSC R2 billet cams
GSC HP beehive springs and retainers
Full ported and polished head
Stock valves
Hypertune copy ported and polished intake manifold with stock flange and stock TB
COP setup with toyota echo coils
3.5 inch intercooler with hard piping
Twin methanol nozzle with 50/50 mixture
Blitz BOV
Tial external wastegate with unknown spring
HKS silent exhaust
Buschur twin pumper setup with -8 lines
ID1700 injectors
Buschur Racing HTA3586R turbo kit with cast manifold and tial 44mm wastegate which is fitted to the hotside housing
Link evo 9 PNP ecu with built in 4 bar map sensor
4 inch intake pipe
Heavy duty intercooler pipe clamps
Competition clutch twin disc HD
AMS fuel rail
Fuelab regulator and 808 fuel filter
Running on 98 octane

My problem is that the boost is dropping from 34psi to 30 psi between 7600rpm to 8200rpm and almost 50 whp. Please see the attached dyno graph and try to help me find out whats the issue and why the car is not making high power. We even increased the boost from the boost controller to 37psi but still it didnt reach more than 34psi.

Im actually doubting the restrictive exhaust and the BOV spring and the wastegate spring since in my old car with an HTA3582 and ID1000 and single meth nozzle and 31 psi boost on 2.0 engine, i was able to make 613whp on the same fuel and dyno.

Your help is really appreciated

do a boost leak test at least a few psi above your target peak.

600 whp on pump gas looks good. (edit saw meth but it still isnt bad)

98 RON is about 93 US PUMP

BLITZ BOV or Waste Gate I wouldnt run with this type of set up though. I would go Tial or Synapse.

I would be more oworried about going over 500 tq on BC H Beam though. Check for leaks though .

Connecting Rods

These are my rods with the ARP 625 fasteners
They look like Brian Crower but the number on them doesn't match any of the searches I did online

May need to go up with your WG spring if you are running twice the spring pressure now. What base pressure does it run now?
http://www.tialsport.com/documents/w3_tial_38_sp.pdf

Check backpressure at the manifold . Since you've gone to a larger engine it will create more backpressure then the smaller engine. I'm not familiar with what the cast manifold is capable of.

How much power did it pickup from 30psi to 32psi?

Thank you for your reply !!!

My current wastegate spring is 1 bar
I suppose the exhaust manifold should not be an issue since this is the once buschur racing manufactured and used with their kit.
Between 30 and 32psi it picked up about 50 whp

Install a stiffer waste gate spring and retune.

If it picked up 25hp per pound it's doing well.
