Everywhere Ive read said to do at least 500-1000 miles with low/no boost. But the biggest issue is the clutch went on me after 200 miles, not sure why. It was used so I'm thinking maybe a worn pressure plate. But I have a triple to swap just need to get it to a shop to get it taken care of.

Everyone has their own preference when it comes to breaking in the motor. My opinion and what Ive always followed, drive it like you stole it. If its going to break its going to break, be it at 20 miles or 2000 miles. As long as you have a good amount of compression and ring seat, youll be fine. Plus boost helps the rings seat
Never had 1 engine go from the handful Ive built.
Sad to hear about the clutch. I want to see what this car has in it.

Two different ideas really on breaking in a motor. I have always gone with the 1-2 hour break in of mototune. Here is more info:

A brand new clutch will hold power doing dyno pulls just fine. You just don't want to launch with it or do any fast shifting or down shifting with it where it will slip.
