problems with makers of "fatmat"

I ordered about $80 of this "fatmat" sound deadening stuff to sound deaden the trunk of my Evo VIII after reading a thread in here. They billed me on the 29th of November, charged me $20 for shipping, and I still haven't received it. Their website is useless. It has a feature that supposedly generates a UPS tracking number after you input your order number. No dice. I've sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails. You call the number on their website, 1-866-4 fatmat, and it always goes straight to the same bee-otche's voicemail box...no matter when you call. I'm about 2 days from just calling my CC company and disputing the charge.

Anybody else ever dealt with this company?

Nobody, eh? Let's keep it that way. They suck the big one. I'll charge it back tomorrow. Fatmat sucks!

They called my home phone this morning, knowing damn well it was my evening phone, and left a message saying it would arrive next week. No tracking number, no nothing. I'm only slightly less pissed off but at least it's a sign of life. I'll give it another week.

dont wait any longer, just have your CC company refund it, and go buy from someone else

I installed it on all four doors of my Evo, and all it did was stink up the car (its rubberized asphalt). Get your money back, and get something better.
