So, what makes this different from the laser mimic??? Cause the videos that I saw on Youtube clearly show instant punch-thru with the LTI ultralyte and the Stalker LZ1. Those are the ones that we worry about in CT and then the Laser Atlantas up in Mass. I almost bought one of these units so that I could test it myself but if it doesnt work, I wouldnt get my money back.

These are engineer'd in the UK and Roy's videos it is designed by nature from a cop on his staff to aim like a outside mirror something that a jammer would not be able to protect. By not being able to look through the lidar gun via a vid camera you as a watcher can not see what the paid off cop is really shooting at. I always shoot through the HUD so you see what Im aimming at. Lidar is venue based so they dont waste time taking their time aiming at a small target in real life cases. Just because you have 2 same looking boxes doesnt mean the same things are in them. My clients dont lie and they have no reason to.

What does your above post have to do with answering my question about the videos on Youtube? The ones where regular independent dudes are testing the mimic. Is the laser deceptor a mimic or variation of a mimic or an evolved mimic? Staties in CT will strait up own your @ss with that "they wont waste time aiming" mentallity. I know a few on a friendly level. They will aim for a mirror headlight or plate. If they cant get a reading, they know something is up and will try until they get a reading. If they still dont get one, they'll pull you over anyway. If they get a super late reading, they'll pull you over. Im just looking for answers because this product is probably the most affordable jammer out and if it is not the laser mimic, and it will not get owned by said guns in my post above, then it would be worth the purchase.

the problem is there is one other tecnique cops have to nail us (pacing) and theres no way to escape it. IT is a little machine that starts timing when u pass point A and when u reach point B it stops and calculates distance/time. and with this the mialeage can be obtained. But still interested in this device how much is it and where can i get it

You mean one other technique they have to nail "you". Some of us aren't habitual speeders. Some of us can actually average 30+ mpg and 300-350 miles on one tank of gas regularly. The problem is some staties set up speed traps intended to generate revenue by ambushing unsuspecting out of staters. This is where a jammer would benefit those who want to have a fair chance. My issue is if it doesnt work against the equipment in my area, why should I buy it.

if im stating that i know of another method it means im wary of it and try not to speed so i too drive at the speed limit most of the time and get over 300 miles per tank

NoTec....I broke your post up just alittle to respond to your post...thanks

"What does your above post have to do with answering my question about the videos on Youtube? The ones where regular independent dudes are testing the mimic."

Its great that there are regular independent dudes that do testing because it keeps the "Paid off" people in check.

"Is the laser deceptor a mimic or variation of a mimic or an evolved mimic?"

It comes from the UK and it works and very well for a laser jammer that is very easy to install and uninstall just for $275 shipped. I am not a computer hack so but I know it works. I just tested a Laser Deceptor II on a MKII White Golf GTI on a new customers car just a bit ago and it worked great. I also found out his RD was mounted too high and was able to determine the proper placement for his RD to detect laser also along with the laser deceptor.

'Staties in CT will strait up own your @ss with that "they wont waste time aiming" mentallity.'

I tell my customers all the over the US....once you get hit slow down and turn it off. No complaints yet from customers even in Cali, AZ,MN and IL just to name a few.

'I know a few on a friendly level. They will aim for a mirror headlight or plate. If they cant get a reading, they know something is up and will try until they get a reading. If they still dont get one, they'll pull you over anyway.'

Read last paragraph by me just above^^^^^^^^^^

"If they get a super late reading, they'll pull you over."

Read my last major post above ^^^^^^^^

"Im just looking for answers because this product is probably the most affordable jammer out and if it is not the laser mimic, and it will not get owned by said guns in my post above, then it would be worth the purchase."

Well my newest customer in IL (laser jammers are illegal) and he has the red evo was hit going 56mph in a 35mph speed zone that has regular laser traps and slowed down and turned off the jammer at about 50 feet from the cop and the female cop just glared at him as he drove by. If this laser jammer (its not the same jammer btw) did not work at 500 feet like "TheStaton, GOL and Raday roy during laser jammer test and they used the UL LTi, but my customer says he was hit about about 300 feet and didnt get a ticket from going 56 in a 35mph zone, then it must not be the same. I will take my customers word more then anyone's else that has a agenda.

Anyone else here notice that none of my questions from posts 61 and 63 have been answered yet. A response to a statement is not an answer to a question. Anything can jam a friggen Pro Laser 3.

I personally tested an AL G8 2-head system on a vehicle whos speed was easily obtainanble at distances greater than 2000 ft. This was with 2 different LTi units. I have impeccable aim and steadiness. I can knock a peach off a persons head from 2640 ft with repeatable results 95% of the time. Once the AL G8 was turned on, it was JTG everytime. This was the case from varying angles. I thought I got PT once but it was a kid riding a bike whos speed I clocked. I have faith in that unit and will be testing it against a LA SL2 or PL2 and the Stalker LZ1 in the next few months. I know that the Antilaser G8 effectively jams the US LTi models. Can I say the same about the Laser Deceptor/Laser Mimic??? Judging from the videos on youtube, NO!!!!

Anyone can watch the laser mimic in action by going to Youtube and searching for laser mimic. See how it fails miserably. Then search antilaser or lpp (laser park pro). Search Blinder or escort jammer. See how other units out there perform.

I have 3 vehicles to protect, I dont want to spend $850 on each vehicle and possibly get ripped a new one by US customs when ordering the AL. It would be nice if there was a cheaper alternative out there that offered good performance against the Lidar devices in my area. I'll probably just pick up two Blinder M-25s.

oh no. please stay away from the M-25. they are having serious issues with it at the moment and it's no better than this knock off that JTG is selling. The M-25 is getting eaten alive by the Pro Laser 3...

LPP has a Canadian Office now so customs will not be an issue. If you need help getting in touch with there re-seller for America let me know.

But you are correct, JTG is like a politician. He won't admit that his product is not a laser mimic, nor will he admit that it even works.

Thanks for the heads up. Didn't know that one. I guess I'm @ssed out with getting a cheaper system for my two other vehicles.

Here is my rebuttal thread that proves that he is selling you a repackaged laser mimic.
