help with AVIC-D3 install

I am in the process of installing my D3 in my evo, but have a few quick questions. So far, I have everything hooked up excpet the speed sensor wire and the reverse light sensor wire. Where does the wire for the speed sensor go? I can't seem to figure out where. Also, the reverse light sensor wire. Where abouts is it located in the trunk? Any help or input would greatly be appreciated.

I know this won't help much, but here goes. I can't remember exactly since it's been almost 10 months since I installed the Navi in my old Evo. But, the speed sensor wire can be found behind your glove box at the ECU. Can't remember which pin, but you'll find it on here somewhere (search for IX ECU pin-out or something like that). The reverse wire is down behind the panel by the driver's left foot. Again, not sure which pin, but you'll find it on here but you might find it if you search for speed sensor wire.

Sorry I can't remember the specifics, but those are the two locations. Good luck.

I installed the D3 also and I did not hook up the speed wire. The gps gave the necessary info for the unit to calculate speed.

Wire is on the OB2-diagnostic connector

When I installed a Pioneer Avic D3, I used the black/red wire from the OBD-2 connector. But, I cannot claim credit for the research.
