OK, So today I get my car back from getting some body work done after an accident I had. All goes well for most of the day, tonight I decide to stop by at a buddys house. I go back to my car and notice some wires and stuff hanging down below my sterring colum behind the panels (where all the wires are for the hole car by where my clutch and pedals are) and I notice they are the harness to my turbo timer and stuff. So I decide to push them up a little and stuff them up there so they werent hanging down. While I did this my car was running and I was just parked in a spot. Right as I stuffed the wires up, my car dies. So I am like wtf...my dome lights in my car work, im getting full power I believe cuz my lights are working. I try to start my car, but the car doesnt turn over, no lights come on the dash, no radio, windows dont work, nothing. So I take apart all the plastic panels...disconnect my tt harness, replug the main ecu plug, and try to start the car....nothing. I checked for any other loose harnesses all around but I cant seem to find anything..I am pretty much stuck right now and I dont know what to do. If you guys have any ideas, I would appreciate any help!! Thanks

 

Did you check all the fuses? You didn't have that listed in your troubleshooting.

 

No, I didnt. I gave up becuase my car was outside the mosquitos were tretchurous..lol but I will def. check that tomorow. But how would I blow a fuse just pushing some wires up?

 

anyone else please? this is killing me I cant stop thinking about it
