electricals going hay wire

Hi Guys,
I've recently blown a rod through my block and I've now ordered a new motor however strangly ive noticed that my electronics are going hay wire, the engine seems to have low power for some reason, dash lights very dim, if i try to wind up the window it goes up slowly and stop , lights dont turn on only parkies, what do you think is happening here?

issues

What are some symptoms? It could be the red box behind your driver's side fuse box "ETACS ECU(alarm, lights, ect.), or your front "ecu" in your front fuse box, or it could be your ECU itself, I have similar issues and I've replaced all the units in the car except the ECU, its crazy....................
