Upgrading audio and retaining Bluetooth button use

I am checking to see if anyone that has upgraded their audio system in the 08-11 Evo to an aftermarket head unit with Bluetooth capabilities could retain the use of the steering wheel buttons and the microphone.

Anyone?

yes I"m looking for a similar answer as well. Seems like there's not a lot of info out there regarding the BT other then integrating it into a stock system.

Yes it is possible. There are several aftermarket radios that have BT features, they will require the use of there own microphone. However when used in conjunction with a steering wheel control adapter (at least the ones i sell at Best Buy) the steering wheel controls for bluetooth also work with most radios.
