Well I have to replace my door speakers and rears, the ex owner blew them out like an idiot, I hear good things abut jbl any thoughts?

 

What size speaker need to get to replace the oem 06 Evo 9 mr

 

I have JBL GTI 6.5s in my doors. Can't buy a better speaker

 

Is that a component speaker or all in one? Like I said I heard good things about jbl, I was checking out their website and there stuff looks top notch

 

The GTI is top of the market stuff for them. I have a buddy of mine who runs 900 watts to his 5 1/4s and it takes the abuse no problem. And yes it comes with woofer, tweeter and crossover. There pricey but well well worth it. I have used a ton of high end audio and by far these top them all. You can make them 1 speaker, you unscrew the center of the woofer and the tweeter screws right in its place.

 

There almost 1000 dollar for speakers you guys are crazy lol

 

If your dumb enough to pay a grand for these then you don't diserve them. I paid brand new in the box 450 to my door for mine.

 

Where did you buy this speakers for 450 shipped ????

 

Ebay my friend. The second set I got from a buddy for x mas. One thing I just noticed was they have a new line out. The ones I have are the 608 gti's
