There are a ton of threads on how to make one yourself if you search.

But if you'd rather buy one a member on here makes and sells them. Here's his website http://www.prtc.net/~cjramos54/index.html

Keep in mind he does make them one at a time, so you might have to wait a bit. It is worth it though, he does high quality work and includes instructions on how to relocate the HVAC and install his bezel. I have on of his bezels in my car and I love it, looks great, fits great, and installed with no problems.

Correct me if I'm wrong but what I gathered from your original post is that you have the bezel to fit around a double din head unit and you need the bezel to relocate the HVAC down to where you have a "pocket" right now yea?

If I'm right then the link I provided will answer your question. I know it will fit your Evo 8 because I have an Evo 8 as well, and it fits mine great.

Well I asked because I have the opporitunity to grab a jdm one right now but I wanted to make sure I could get the hvac part first and then to also make sure the jdm piece would fit. I currently have the radio relocate and the 3 gauge top piece

As far as I know he is, you can email him at evohvacbezel@gmail.com to be sure.

Yes the JDM double din bezel will fit your car, my double din bezel is from japan as well. You'll have to relocate the gauges, but other than that you shouldn't have any problems with fitment.
