Upper Ic Pipe

when changing your uic pipe, consider the kind of bov that you want so you can save some $ and time for your future upgrade. I learned the hard way but at least I know now that bov's are not made the same, some are better especially when you are running higher boost. Check out the pics of my set up on my "some pics" post.

This unit can be had for $700 with all lower pipes however I would not reccomend it for a upgraded turbo car.

so..... we getting this uicp anytime soon..... i need a new one....

Great news!! A sponsor I had with a different car has told me he wants my car so he can produce both the upper and lower IC pipes. His fabrication is second to none and prices are even better. I anticipate that once he gets these fabb'ed and jigged that they'll sell like hot cakes. I'll keep you guys updated.

Just spoke with him again and he's going to take the measurements tomorrow sometime. He wanted me to ask what you guys want- As far as materials, diameter, fitment, powdercoating, etc...?

My pipe is here

I just received my under pipe from the guy who is making the upper pipes for our EVOS... (My under pipe is different than you guys because I have after market turbo).

All I can say is amazing, the pipe weight is less than 2 LBS maybe 1.5 LBS. the weld is work of art and best thing ever it's %100 made out of aluminum. A shop here saw the pipe and they could not believe that someone in the USA can bend aluminum like that.

The upper pipes should be out for our EVOs pretty soon. In the mean time enjoy these pics

Wheres the vendors and there input?

And te Gruppe-S/Helix one, any idea on upper down to ic, rlocate valve, smaller battery? Polished.

Tim
our pipe does go all the way to the intercooler and all the way to the Throttle body. The reason we only make the option with the smaller battery is because we found the only way to get any power out of the upper pipe was to make it as bend free as possible. The problem with having the straight pipe with the stock batter is that you still have that nasty 90 Deg bend at the throttle body. another reason ours is higher is because it is made with lighweight polished Alluminum.

yes he is. Mine is only custom made because I have the ATP turbo and I wanted something much lighter than their under pipes. I wanted one pc made out of aluminum NOT SS. He should put them on the market pretty soon and I will post a group buy for us here (I will call him and ask him if he will let us have one).

I am sure they will fit but these Aluminum pipes are not out yet. I know that they will be much cheaper than BR and AMS and much lighter and top all that they will be made of Aluminum
