Hi,
I'm almost definitely getting HKS 264s for my bday in April. Just drop them in (no cam gears), then get a TT mail-in flash or custom tune if I can schedule it. I'm also concerned about emissions here in MA, but if a similar car passed in CA, then it CAN be done...
Did you need cam gears to dial out any overlap, or did it pass anyway?
