My friend has a car that dyno'd 315whp and I am definetly faster.
Yes, u r definitely over 300 whp. U r probably over 350 whp. Hell, on a Dynojet I'd be 317 whp. I can't wait to get cams. I know u got to love yours.

Good numbers. You should be a lot higher than that. I put down 289 whp on a mustang dyno without cams. What weight did they put your car at? Also what was the hp@ 50 number. Just wondering if that makes a diffence.

My HP at 50 was 13 (That is kind of strange) and my weight was 3400lbs. i think the car is at 330 or so to the wheels. I am loving it.

Did the dyno just wake up or something? Why would it read low in the morning and higher later in the day? That is the thing about Mustang Dyno's, they can be manipulated to read however high or low the shop wants them to read. THere is a shop here that has a AWD Mustang dyno and some guy dynoed his STI with just a Injen intake on it and put down 294 whp. He said his weight was 3250 lbs. with him in it. NO wonder it read high.

If your looking for just numbers, I'd go to only a DynoJet, but you have to use what is available.

Nice numbers BTW. I haven't dynoed mine since my cams and custom flash cause I'm not gonna waste $75 to have them give me some inflated or deflated dyno sheets.

Anyone that has used a mustang dyno, Do you think it is weird for my HP @ 50mph to be 13? Is that right in comparison to everyone elses?

Thanks,
Chris

I was there also yesterday.. I put down 302 hp, and 297 torque. On a dynojet, I put down 315 hp, and 302 torque.. but that was withouth the flash.. My first pull yesterday( Baseline) was 283 hp.. so I guess the numbers are right. Sorry if I just confused everyone.

This is why I hate dyno's. I wish they all gave the same correct results. Next time if possible you should dyno it on a different dyno to see what happens. Either way I'm sure your making some good power with those mods.

Yea this thing is confusing as hell because I played with a modena today and my car was kicking ***. The guy in the modena was shocked to hell when I passed him. Hey The numbers might not say I have a lot of WHP but I know I am fast and so does everyone else . I was the second one on the dyno in the morning at 10:22 AM my car got strapped on and the guys at the shop were saying the morning cars were lower then the afternoon cars go figure, to me that makes no sense.

sounds like they were blowin smoke up your ****. how can morning cars dyno lower numbers than afternoon cars? makes no sense what so ever.

FWIW, that is about right on a mustang dyno from your mods. And it doesn't read 18% lower than a dynojet, maybe 10% at best. these pulls were on 93 octane, right?

go get us some trap speeds

Well previously at the track i was trapping 104.55MPH I did the horspower calculater and it came out to 298WHP. Also in regard to the dyno the guys that work there even said they dont know what was up with it. The runs were done on 93oct also. Later on in the day the guys were making more horsepower. I honestly think it reads out low and so does Mark at Turbotrix he said damn this thing is reading almost 20+whp difference then many others. A guy dyno'd 550WHP up in Tampa yesterday he dyno'd 466WHP so there was definetly some variances.
