When in doubt put in a bottle or two of drygas in the tank. Sometimes water get's in the system and makes the engine run like turd. Happens a lot with vendors who use private carriers.

Took the car to a local shop, they changed my plugs and put a new pump in, diagnosed the car, but still couldn't find out what the hell is causing the car sto stutter. But they told me they think its most likely a fuel problem. So I then take the car to mitsubishi because they told me to take it there since they can't find out what it is. Take it to mitsubishi and they drive it for a little see what my problem was and came to the conclusion that, it happens when they punch it, but if they baby it, it doesn't stutter. What a buncha dumbasses, LOL I already knew that, they said it's most likely the bov or wastegate, but can't do anything because I have aftermarket products.... ANyway the dealership sucks anyway. But yea, also I got my ecu flashed by al and put it in the car today and it still stutters! It's a little better in 1st and 2nd gear, but at any of the other gears when boost kicks in, my car backfires like crazy and the damn car stutters. Anybody in the va 757 area that can help me out pleaseeee. I am really tired of this crap!! If it wasnt for that stupid accident when I got rear ended. AHHHHHHHHHHH I think im going to go crazy,

When your car was being repaired did they check your tank to see if there was any damage to it? Also check the volts going to the fuel pump and see if its getting enough juice. Check the gas cap for damage or proper sealing.

Describe your idea of what stuttering is. Does the car feel like it's losing power for a second before the turbo spools or is it a noise coming from the engine bay? Give us some more info? Every ran race gas? List all mods to car.

All my fuel lines, fuel pump, and accessories are in perfectly. When i got rear ended, it was on the exhaust side, and minor, didnt mess anythign up except that part of the rear bumper. For my mods I have turbo xs h 134 bov (VTA), helix ic piping, Greddy ti exhaust, helix v2 downpipe, helix cat delete, walboro 255 lph fuel pump, arc induction box. Before the car stutters, It feels like I'm losing power then BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH thats exactly what I hear, I called up mach v and they said its the bov or some fuel cut issue. But I just got my ecu back from Al and he was supposed to fix this fuel cut issue if so right? Not sure what it is, but I was going to try to put my back bov back, I forgot that I gave it to my friend and he sold it!! BAsically my ecu has been dyno flashed took my car to mitsubishi and a local shop, shop said its a fuel problem, mitsubishi says its my bov or waste gate but mitsubishi wont touch it cause I have aftermarket parts on my car. I bet you this problem I have in my car is very minor. Btw, before I got into accident, few weeks before I tried to change my o2 housing but couldnt get the housing off so just put the bolts back on. We had to take off this wastegate acuator thing that is held on my a cotter pin, we took that off also. Maybe something is loose? Also its not a boost leak for sure because all the hoses are on tight! They wont come off by pulling.
