Thanks guys for your help so far.
Not that O ring. We talking about the one that inside the black grounding connector. It's on the opposite side of the float. There's a black connector that you pop off. Follow the black wire. Inside of that is an o ring that needs to be sealed correctly. You'll know what we are talking about when you pull the black connector off and look inside.

I wish I had a pic.

Thanks for the explanation and advice. I checked that O ring and everything is as it should be. I replaced it the fuel pump with the stocker and it wouldn't ever start up. So I put back the Walbro and it started up. There is no more rough idle and it runs but once I get right around 3000 rpms and 3500 rpms the car starts to buck and sounds like it misfires. Bucking almost feels like boost cut but it repeats. As long as I stay under 3000 rpms they car runs like it should but after that all h*ll breaks loose.

It's fixed and she's running!!! I can't tell you how happy I am right now. The problem did lie with the fuel pump like everyone had said. I feel absolutely stupid now that I realized what the problem was. I had forgotten the plastic spacer from the OEM pump and had not put it on the Walbro with the grommet. Anywho, thanks for everyone's help because it did keep me looking at it to figure out the problem. I am freakin glad that this site exists, otherwise I would have been totally clueless.

It took reading through another hundred posts to realize what I had been missing.

This shop supposedly put a new pump and plugs in my car but car still runs the same. I dont even think they did ****. Anywho, I might have time tomorrow, Ima check out the pump once again and see if I find spacer piece, I didnt see it on my walboro, maybe its still on the stock pump? When I checked out the stock pump, it was just the pump, i donno what spacer piece you guysa re talkin bout. Anybody got a picture?

A LOT of people have made the same simple mistake - as soon as you hit a nice sized bump the pump falls down and pressure is leaking back into the tank - not enough fuel supply to make boost. Glad you got it sorted and enjoy!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT I Love you guys who posted this info. Checked the stock pump and it had this white spacer piece. The shop that put the new pump in said my old pump was messed up, and they used this stupid black rubber piece which didnt do shiet. So I used both that rubber piece and the spacer, and it wasnt even coming loose again because it was so tight. MAN I punched the car for the first time in 2 months, now with the new dyno flash I got, Im telling you Al is the best, that **** sounds aggressive and my car is kicking *** once again!! Only thing, the coupler that fits into the upper ic pipe to the throttle body keeps popping off, I needa get a new coupler for that and some t bolt clamps that HELIX Has yet to SEND ME!! Thanks for all the help, of this forum I can drive my car like an evo AGAIN!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT

Got some t bolt clamps and put them over the upper ic pipe. Oh my fawking god, now the car screams like a bat out of hell, the car is faster than it was before the accident and drives even better! That dynoflash and new exhaust and t clamps improved my car a %100. I love my car once again, took 2 months to get it straight again after getting my *** rear ended. But I'm glad its finally back, thanks to all of my friends and you evom guru's out there 8- ) Al thanks for the flash, you kick major ***!
