So my car is shifting quick and fast in mid rpm's but when shifting at redline the shifting is slow, Am i having synchro problems or is my clutch engagement off? I am going to have tranny rebuilt but nonetheless I am curious on what I am dealing with.

It may be just a matter of a simple adjustment. The EVO clutch (stock or ACT) seems to work better when the engagement point is a little higher than what you would expect. Follow the instructions that came with the ACT parts to understand more about the pedal adjustment and see if that makes a difference. There are some other less likely possibilities. E mail me for more information if adjustment doesn't take care of it.
