As your tq is MUCH higher thanwhp and your booost is falling down to 17 psi - this is why I recomend you try the Hallman Pro MBC which I am willing to send you for free to test. The Perrin has not worked well in most cars.

1 or 2 psi of boost can make a huge difference in the power levels at 5500 - 6500 rpms
Yeah at 5800rpms I was hitting 236 and again at 5400 rpms I was hitting 238. I believe that's where my boost started to fall.

they would, except they can basically be calibrated to read whatever numbers the end user wants them to...i dyno'd about 20whp less on a dynapack as opposed to a dynojet when i had my jetta

Also I have the Hallman Pro on my car and it holds boost solid all the way to redline! You should really try it and see the difference. 4 pounds is a pretty big drop off.
I will try it and that is great customer service!

J Dog, You may want to take out your HF cat and make sure it is not plugged. I have seen an EVO w/ a clogged cat and the power loss was pretty good.
