Yes, follow the specs that are ft-lbs. If you have a metric torque wrench, follow the N-m.
Time for install? Less than 3 hours.
You do not need a lift, I havn't had one job on my Evo yet that "needed" a lift, this includes a clutch install. A lift would make some things "easier" though.

Its not really big enough to torque. Use 1/4 inch ratchet, and tighten as tight as you can with it. Its a 10mm nut. I used a second lock nut on top of the original as a back up just to be safe.
