My new hotside came with the C-clip, so I didn't mention it. Yes, you can't use the heatshield if you use and aftermarket O2 housing, and my downpipe doesn't use a donut gasket, so that's probably why I didn't notice! Thanks for pointing those things out man.

Wow, can't believe I missed this write-up! And I though you could only do the O2 housing by removing the radiator, guess this proved me wrong. I'll have to do this and save myself a few bucks as opposed to having a shop do it for me!

Please explain. It was mentioned earlier that the O2 housing had to be port matched correct? To elimiate the lip? I thought that the O2 housings were the same from 03-05 partnumberwise. Thanks for any responses.

The turbine housing outlet had to be ported a little bit to match the o2 housing. I barely touched the o2 housing.

My hotside DID NOT come with a C-clip. Is this something I should pick up mark or superhatch?

Where did you buy your hotside from? I got mine from FP and it came w/ the c-clip. You should be able to find a c-clip from a hardware store.

Well we did mine this weekend. I did a tubular exh mani and an O2 housing as well as the 10.5. Pulled the radiator which gave us plenty of room. The Exh mani, hotside and O2 all came out as one piece.

EXTRA SPECIAL THANKS TO VICTOR! YOU MADE THIS ONE HAPPEN BROTHER!

Here are some pics.
