help me choose a setup

im starting to starve and save my money for a new exhuast system either turboback or catback, dunno the advantage/disadvantage of either. also, i heard that the 05's have a problem with fitment on some of the downpipes? cuz of acd and relocation of the transfer case? ANYWAYS im lookn at RMR, HKS any suggestions? ( good fitment and a nice finish woudl be nice). i heard hks is really loud, i dont want to make crazy noise, just something like a nice growl on the rmr site (check the sound clips http://www.rodmillenstore.com/prodin...artID=RMREV012 any suggestions? ALL suggestiosn would be appreciated, also other combinations are welcome!

i thought it was just the MR's that have the fitment issues... unless, that's what you're talking about and you have an MR...

but, if possible... just get a downpipe with an e-cutout on it... that's what i'm running.... and it's rediculous... the power gained is nuts, more than a turbo-back... it's cheaper... and, you can close the valve when you're just cruisin' around and don't feel like being loud... and then when that ol' bastage in a Vette pulls up next to you, just flip the switch to open it up (hence running open-downpipe), and they won't know what the hell just happened to them... hehe... not that i know by experience or anything

Defidently go with the RMR cat-back. The fitment and look is great. The sound is perfect.

Personal opinion....go find a reputable exhaust shop in your area and have them make you a custom exhaust. You can get some good quality work for a lot less than what you'd pay for a pre-fabricated piece. Just pick out the muffler you want, and have them weld it on the end, or just run without a muffler (rally style ). For reference, I had a company make an exhaust for my old Integra. Took a day, and they made a really good quality 3" turbo back exhaust, and the whole thing cost me under $450 including the muffler and installation.

The HKS is quiet, just a little louder than stock with full exhaust installed. But, at WOT is a whole different beast!!
