Thanks for the info. Did the turbo lag decrease or increase with the washers? Glad you're not having any problems with this bov. I really like this bov. ONly problem is that it flutters and the car would sometimes stall when in neutral braking or turning. I think I have a boost/vaccuum leak which needs to be located and fix. Hopefully this will help out the problem with the bov.

Lag increased with fewer washers. It was like oh wheres the turbo . Sound was really noticeable at low speeds cause it was like no boost at all. What does your car idle at normally. I think mines about at 900-1000 RPM. If I run into any more problems I think the BOV is the first thing I am going to replace.

Thanks for the information. Odd because when I first got the car, and no washer was use the turbo was spooling good. Now I have 4 washers and spool up seems the same as no washer except that there is less fluttering under partial throttle. My idle is around 900 -1000 RPM as well. During cold start my idle would be at 1500 but it would fluctuate up and down. I believe this is a sign of boost/vaccum leak.

I tried recirculating the BOV and no help. butt dyno says otherwise as well.

go with the hks eids. i had the same problem, after i got the hks ss, made it vent to atmosphere, it stalls and was hard to start, hsk eids will electronically adjust your idle at start up. then you'll be fine
