Iv'e got an STI boost gauge (laugh it upppppp) and its maxing out around .15 Kpa which i believe is = 1.5 bar

1.5x14.2= 21.3Psi??

21.4 psi is what I calculated, so yeah. You don't want to go higher on the street, especially with stock exhaust. According to your mod list, you have an aftermarket O2 housing, but no exhaust?

i do have one but ive yet to put it on the car. Exhaust should be arriving shortly, so what exactly would an aftermarket exhaust change?

It reduces back pressure, allowing your turbo to spool more easily and thus create more boost with less effort.

Actually 1 bar is 14.5 psi, so 1.5 bar is 21.75 psi.

I wouldn't go any higher without a Fuel pump and some type of flash.
