cooling fan wont shut off

I took it in for the recall on the fan controller because it sayed on and killed my battery. They replaced the contoller and it still stayed on. They said it is the relay so they ordered one and will call when it comes in. i pull the relay out and the other fan fuse and it still stays on. i have to unhook the battery to stop it.

please help

The fan shouldn't have current if u pull the relay. U probably pulled the wrong relay.

replacing the contoller or what ever they did didn't fix the problem. The fan on the front of the radiator still stays on all the time even when the keys are out. It kills my battery. There are 2 fuses or 1 fuse and one relay in the fuse box under the hood i remove both of them and it still runs i have to disconnect the battery to get it to turn off. Is there anything i should try any ideas what it is doing?

you should be pulling condensor fan relay if it's the front fan running.

fuse 11 powers the condensor fan. In the relay box you want to look for the snowflake with a fan in it. Your pulling the wrong ones.
