Buschur Racing Evo 8 Coil-On Plug Ignition?
Anyone have this specific product with any feedback on it? I've done a search and read literally every single thread with a mention of this in it... but not too much info...
Is this truely a plug 'n play unit (with all proper male connectors and such)? Does this use the AEM C2DI setup? Is this the same as the Switzer ignition system? I've seen some posts saying this ignition system costs $1,000 or more, but Buschur's site states it's $470 ($925 w/ the MSD DIS2). How does this compare with the HKS DLI2? Curious as to why David is running the HKS unit and not his own on his shop car? Can this ignition system help fix misfires at idle (I read some ignition systems can not)?
Lots of questions... and I'm just researching my options. Main reason I'm thinking of upgrading my ignition is so I can alleviate my misfire problems here:

Search David's name, you'll come up with a post stating that he is using the HKS using because it's half the cost and plug and play. The COP setup designed by Tym is usually backordered. David explained that he was working on his own less expensive COP setup, I don't know if he has released it yet.

You should try a set of BPR7EIX plugs gapped at .025. 8s are too cold for your setup in my opinion. Also wasn't there a factory reflash for your problem?

After lots of reading through different threads, it seems that most people recommend to shy away from the magnecor wires saying they cause more trouble than it's worth. Everyone recommends 8's, however, I'll try 7's sometime and see if that resolves my problem... although I don't see colder plugs causing misfires.
The factory reflash was for cars that came misfiring from the factory, stock... my car didn't start misfiring until I added a bunch of more mods... but stupid 'ol me doesn't remember when I started to misfire. =/
People say David uses the HKS unit cause it's cheaper... but according to Buschur's website, his COP ignition setup is actually cheaper than the HKS unit... I'm confused?

Just curious, does anyone have a write-up on how to install the Buschur COP ignition? Is there any soldering involved? etc? I'm assuming there's no additional tuning needed with this product... am I right? Very interested...
