Question Buschur catless TB - will it throw a CEL?

I'm going to buy a 3" turboback from Buschur with the test pipe and Magnaflow muffler.

Are the chances good I'm going to have a CEL?

If I do get the CEL, will I be able to do the mechanical o2 fix?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, it will throw the CEL.

I simply bought the two spark plug foulers and did that mod, and it has been fine for about 4k miles.

Thank you.

Looks like I'll have to borrow the old man's drill again.

By the way, is this system unreasonably loud? I need it to be relatively quiet at highway cruising speed.

If you get a Ultimate Racing test pipe, no need for a fix. Guaranteed no CEL. They have a built-in fix.

Its pretty loud sounds nice and agressive though especially at wot. Ask buschur for the 02 simulator it works perfectly.

get serious guys and notice that any car without a cat is and will be loud!
mech fix will do the trick to fix the cell! you will have to drill it out as ou already know.

depends on what you consider loud I guess. Everybody talks about how loud these exhausts are without a cat but I had a straight-through 3" exhaust on my supra, no cat, and it wasn't THAT loud.

Loud is a relative term.

I think the TP/Magnaflow setup is pretty quiet actually. Its barely noticeable at all over engine noise on the higway, is only noticeable at partial throttle, and becomes louder, yet still 100% bearable, at WOT.
