i posted my settings i have entered above... i took some setting on this site and made them super conservative.. richened things up before 4000 and just took a little fuel out up top. I think my one saving grace is that the car did have the fpr set higher then stock to avoid fuel cut.. so think of -22 being more like -19

I honestly think you should put your FPR to stock pressure, put the stock pump back in, put your AFC settings to 0, put new spark plugs in and figure out your problem from there. This will take out all the "additional" variables you have added to diagnosing the real problem. I also think it would be a good idea to do a compression check, just for sanity.

^Agreed. Eliminate the variables one by one. The higher flow fuel pump could be overrunning the stock FPR and throwing off the fuel trims. You shouldn't be hitting fuel cut w/ your mods. So your base fuel pressure is 45 psi w/ the vacuum hose disconnected? It should be around 43psi w/ the hose disconnected.

stock base fuel pressure is 43.5. I have the adjustable fpr set at 45.. There is no way the walbro 255 is overunning the new fpr.. the thing is a tank. I do think there might be a problem with the walbro though.. or possible just a clogged filter (it hasnt been replaced with 60K miles) I didnt think a few psi was that much of an adjustment.. but its possible the fuel pressure is overunning the injectors.

So which adjustable FPR did you get? Are you sure it's working properly? The rate of rise for fuel pressure should be 1 psi of psi of boost. So you should be getting around 64-65 psi of fuel pressure at full boost.

its the logic performance unit.. and yes it does increase correctly. It was also inspected at gruppe-s and they told me my fuel system was in check. The cars is not running lean because of the fuel system.. its lean because the SAFCII was leaned taking insane levels of fuel out.. its should be running very rich with the way i now have it set.. we need to redirect our problem to the intake side.. obvioulsy some huge intake leak was fixed on the intake side when the new ebc was installed.

I have been playing around with the safcII settings to atleast get the car to feel somewhat correct, while not leaning it out to much at all.

Its setup something like this and the car feels way way better..i can feel timing advance and much stronger torque when getting on it from a roll.. The power wants to keep building instead of breaking up like before. Im hoping these setting are pretty safe untill i can find a new tuner shop.
