My Defi Bf Runs At Idle At 1.25 Bar Or Whatever. Is This Normal For Everyone Else? Thanks

 

that's like 18 psi, which i would think would be low. i thought it should be closer to 45.

 

DOES location of sensor matter?

Nvm.... Did a search every one has posted something to this nature after installing BF series gauges. especially using 5w-30 oil ( royal purple )

My car runs like this:

at start 6-7bar
as it warms up it drops, hot is about 1.25 to 1.5 bar at idle, this is NOT below Mitsu min spec

running hot is anywhere from 6 to 7 bar at higher rpm/loads

my car sits at 1.0 bar or even a little less at idle and thats with the defi bf amber

 

Mine is like 70PSI at idle at cold startup and if I drive it goes over 100psi. After the oil is 200 degrees, it is about 12-15 at idle and 55-60 at 75mph.
