Ive installed the 280 cams on my car and after about 1,200 miles the check engine light suddenly comes on while im driving. What might have triggered it? Well i also have the hks rs intake and i havent changed the filter in bout 7k miles... could this be the problem that its basicaly suckin in dirty air? Well need help thanks

 

go to an autozone or advanced auto parts and get the code pulled or if you have a friend with an OBDII, then you can pull the code as well. It will be able to better point you in the direction that you need because right now it could be a lot of things.

just came from there and the code i recieved was PO171 =) searched it as well and there arent any definate replys or solutions
