Isn't the Injen Intake an open-air cone filter? It shouldn't make use of the snorkel, unless you have something I am not familiar with. If you are using the snorkel to direct air flow into an enclosed intake box (like stock), then it will suck up against the hood if you flow enough air. If you don't have an enclosed intake box, then it probably wouldn't happen since there is no vaccuum.

They're just little black things with a mushroom cap head and a spike with plastic gills sorta. The ones I got were like $.60 and came in a box of 3. They have all shapes and sizes, and I just got the one that looked right.

A better alternative is to just take 2 fasteners from the trunk lining and use them on the snorkel.

it happen to me i thought u had a bad bov but it was just the intake sucking its self to the hood
