A word of caution. I got a TME turbo back in November from a reputable source and while it works like a champ, it arrived at my house not ready to be installed.
You couldn't tell by looking at it, but long story short, make sure you check the wastegate actuator rod for the appropriate amount of pre-tension.
Remove the retaining clip, it's probably either a C clip or a pin. Make sure the distance between the eye of the rod and where it attaches is about 2mm or so, or just compare it to your stock setup.
Mine showed up with no pre-tension at all and that will yeild you sluggish boost that taps out at ~12psi. If you re-install the lower heat shield you're kinda screwed on getting back to that rod with the radiator in the car. In fact, if you do plan to re-install the lower heat shield you should notch it so that you can pull it out without removing the O2 sensor. A pair of tin snips should do the trick.
I figured I'd chime in as no one wants to spend time working on their car then have to diagnose what's wrong with the brand new part. Had I known this step I would have been a much happier person, as would my original radiator.....
