Get BF synchroshift or Penzoil synchromesh for the tranny and OEM fluid for the t-case.

BG synchroshift for the tranny, Redline shockproof for the TC and rear Diff. Goodluck!

I have Redline in my tranny now on my VW, and its one of the worst Ive gone with. Horrible when cold, and it really just doesnt lubricate like the original stuff did.

If you live in an area that never gets below 50, then you should be fine. But when it gets in the 20's and teens here in Charleston, its not always easy to shift for the first 10 minutes.

I actually just changed my trans fluid today with Royal Purple Synchromax. Good stuff. Shifting feels better.

The magnetic bolt had some nice gunk of metal particles after 14,800 miles though. But I assume it was from the breaking in process.

I use pennzoil syncromesh in the tranny and the shifting does feel smoother. i also use factory diaqueen in the TC and rear diff.
