So, is the supplied "goo" supposed to just go on the nut/washer end or also on the end of the stud that screws into the block?

Don't use it on the block side!!! Might even want to invest in some light sealant for that end. ARP also sells some just for that purpose!

attached thread said to use 13mm 12pt socket for ARP studs, we used 1/2 inch 12pt. Seemed to worked fine, anyone else?

Why would you need to use the sealent if the block holes are blind? Why is it bad to use the moly lube on the threads for the block? Dont they experience friction while torquing the nuts down also? And how long do you wait between going from 70-80-85. I read something on the ARP site about cycling the bolts 5 times before the final torque is applied, and then they will all be equally cycled. Im a little confused on this, does that mean you dont ahve to heat cycle them, just tighten and loosen them all 5 times over before finnally torquing them down?

...I put mine on, went on about a 600 mile trip, went to retorque them, but they were all TIGHTER than the initial 65 ft-lbs, matter of a fact they were even tighter than 75 ft-lbs! I used the moly on the nut, but clean on the block. I dont suppose I will be re tightening any time soon.
