Yeah! When I had ACT in my car, everytime I did the clutch adjustment, it seem to let me shift a little better, i.e. not lock out but grind into gear not smooth. But it will lock again after a few hard shifts.

My adjustment leaves the threads about half way up the rod, pretty close to where the stock setting was just a little closer to the pedal. So am I wrong to assume that my clutch adjustment should leave me with little or no threads left? I have the Prostreet flywheel though, not the stock one with ACT HD kit.

The main thing you should be concerned with when doing the clutch pedal adjustment is having a little play at the top of the pedal travel. This will ensure that your clutch is not being preloaded.

Even at that, I still have play but the shifting is not as smooth as stock. No Lockout issues at all though. So what exactly feel wise should I be looking for when I press the pedal in the Evo to adjust it correctly? The clutch will engage with the pedal almost halfway up off the floor like I believe it is supposed to(correct me if I'm wrong though).

To me that sounds about right. In my situation, I had to adjust my pedal height real high to the point where there was no more threads left for adjustment. I could slide the clevis pin back and forth with no resistance so it appears that I am not preloading the clutch master cylinder. Anyway, I don't like where the pedal is but that is the only way it works for me. Like you, the shifting is still not smooth. What transmission fluid are you using?

BG synchroshift I. I may change it but everyone says how well it works.

I started out with BG Synchroshift right after my clutch installation and drained it out because my transmission felt very notchy at all speeds. I replaced it with Redline fluid and it felt a little better at low RPM shiftng. I am now going to try Pennzoil Synchromesh as a last resort. I'll post my results hopefully this weekend after I try the new fluid.

Wow you guys are adjusting way up there. I still have 2 threads left so I'm going to try to adjust to 1.5 or 1 thread left and see if shifting improves some more.
