AMS/Buschur Stroker kit install w/o removing engine?
I have a question regarding installation of the 2.3L stroker kit.
I wonder if the stroker kit can be installed into the block w/o removing the engine from the car? Will it be reliable and will the piston rings seal properly once the stroker kit is installed?
Is a break in period necessary?

you'd have to take the tranny out at the very least. It would be much simpler to take the entire motor out. Piston ring seal has nothing to do with whether the motor is pulled or not.
It can be done without removing the motor, but you might as well because you still have to drop the tranny, pull the head...It would probably be easier just to remove the entire motor...but that is just me speaking from working on hondas..
As everyone else said you will want to pull it out, it will take you much more time leaving it in the car.
To properly seat the rings you need to deglaze (honing is a precision machining operation, you won't be honing) the walls. A ball "hone" works best/easiest, the three stone pieces can be more of a PITA to work with.
If you are going with a stock bore do you have an 3-4" outside and inside micrometer to check the piston to wall clearance?
Unless you have a good amount of experience rebuilding engines I HIGHLY recomend leaving the assembly and checking of clearances to a machinist. It's worth your money, you will spend more in measurement equipment than you will to pay a machinist anyway.
