Ok guys, I dunno who else was waiting on this group buy but I got in contact with Greg from DSMLoggers.com again and he just wrapped up the logger for the Evo.
I will have prices and group buy info up either tonight or tomorrow. Price should be really good and let me know. I will post a link in this thread to the groupbuy thread.

Yes, it will show you what the code is with the description, and also clear them. Basically removes the need to carry around a scantool like I do right now.
The specs from what I am told, which I will have a link for the new Evo features will be the same as the 2g and maybe some more. So here is the link to what the 2g offers:

I have a pocketlogger, which looks almost exactly like the dsmlogger. The link is
www.pocketlogger.com if you want to take a look. It is a pretty solid datalogger/scantool. One thing you should check into is the sample rate, some are pretty slow which end up giving you erratic logs. The pocketlogger Im using runs @ 19-20 samples per second which is pretty good. The other cool thing with the pocketlogger, it can monitor and log a wideband if you have one. That dsmlogger looks pretty good although I couldnt find its sample rate, maybe I didnt look hard enough.
