Dang! this Ebay O2 really gives you more power even with 91 gas. I just got the reading from my ghetto style road testing dyno(works somewhat like Gtech). It made about 10whp more! and I got about 30 tq gain
.
And, Yes I ported my O2 housing and coated it. You can port the flange so that it makes smooth transition to where the pipe is welded.

FYI - The EVO-M prices on these O2 have gone up so if you are looking for an ebay O2 housing do a search for EVO & DUMP.
I just picked one up with a buy it now for $75 shipped. If you dont mind dicking around and watching auctions you can save about $10.

I have the EBay O2 housing, and just FYI, I measured the wall thickness and it measured in at just a hair over 2.0mm, basically 2.09mm thickness. For the metric illiterate, that's 0.0825" thick. (That's the wall thickness) So, it doesn't seem to be as thin as most people make it out to be.
BTW, I measured it with my Mitutoyo 6" Digital Calipers with their caliper accessory kit.
