How much would it be if I sent you my new-unused Ebay housing to have coated? Or if its quicker for you to just swap it with one of your already coated units?

Well, with the other ported/coated parts, he has them on the shelf ready to ship, so when he receives a good core, he just immediately ships out the replacement. In this case, you could probably do the same thing once the coated Ebay O2 housings come back, which would save a lot of time.

If you send in your already bought NEW Ebay housing I can exchange it for one of ours that is done. It would be $100.

Will your ceramic coated 02 housing fit the IX with no other parts needed? (i.e gasket)

You can re-use the stock gasket.

Yes, the 02 housing work on the EVO9's with no other mods.

Send in your manifold, turbine housing or 02 housings for porting and coating and they are $195 per part.

We have coated housings coming in, maybe this week. Just sent 10 of them out last week and 10 manifolds for coating.

The header testing is done. No more testing of stock replacement headers.

David, are you going to test an extra ported O2 housing against the ebay housing soon? I have my O2 housing that I would like to send it to you to be ported and would like to see what your results are. Thank you.

You know, that turbine housing has been sitting in the port room for a long time now I am sure sooner or later we will test it but right now we are just using the coated SS housing.

So, best bang for the buck is stock ported/coated manifold with ebay o2 housing coated?
