Safe to drive 35R untuned?

I just bought a RnR Gt35R kit and was wondering how safe it is to drive before getting tuned? I also have 780cc injectors that I would like to put in, again with no tune, and possibly an UICP with Tial BOV. I'd need to drive about 90 miles to the shop to tune the AEM EMS. I know I will have problems since the Tial is VTA so I could just let the shop install that but to save some money I was going to do the rest at a garage a friend owns so I can use the lift and the mechanics. Will I do any damage to the car?

Depends on who is making the basemap.. Also just make sure you have a wideband so that way at least you can get the target afrs correct between the rpms your going to be crusing at. If you cant make a basemap I would suggest getting someone that knows how or tow it to the dyno

If you dont get into boost, and have decently working basemap, yo;ll be OK. I've done the same little while ago.

Yea, if you dont go into boost, you will be just fine. It might not drive to well with the 780's though, but you will get there.

Just drive like a nanny and you should be ok. If you put in those 780, you may need to pull some fuels out or it'll keep stalling. I used SAFC to do that with my rnr gt35r awhile ago so that I can drive home from San Diego to LA. Enjoy the kit.

Well, when I go to tune I wont have the AEM installed yet, just the tune for what I have now, so nothing for injectors or the 35R. I just dont want to pay someone to do something I can do here. I may have found a solution though. The shop owns a tow truck so we might just install everything here then tow it down to AMS.
