Sorry, Dave, I just got back from messing with it. The before numbers were also before I got flashed, so it's not a 100% direct comparison. I did run 12.01 on race gas with the same setup I had on the "before" dyno, but the dyno was on pump gas. I ran 12.52@108.5 right after the before dyno, but I only made one attempt ever, and that was a weak 1.78 60'. After the Dynoflash, I ran 12.26@110 on a much better 1.66 60'. I'm guessing that if you apply the same 1.66 to the "before" dyno, then that would have been a 12.38@109 or so. It's a lot of speculation, though, but I was on a solid 22psi when I ran that 12.26@110, and this "after" dyno was barely at 20psi peak for just a moment maybe...

We tightened down the WGA all the way, then I went and set the Forge UNOS w/soft spring right in the middle and immediately hit a solid 23psi in 2nd gear. It hit hard right away, held...then naturally tapered down to 21psi or so near redline. Since it's hard to keep track of rpms and boost while driving, I will try to verify on the dyno tomorrow.

To make absolutely sure the boost was strong, I then re-activated the alky, made sure it showed 100psi, choked the engine a few times, then did a few pulls with the MBC w/soft spring cranked to the max. I saw 25-26psi right away, and it held for a while before tapering some. Again, hard to watch during a quick 2nd gear pull - I had no opportunity to do a 3rd gear pull yet.

So, tomorrow's plan is to take Al back to the same dyno with me and with the boost set at 22psi on pump gas (no alky) to see what happens - this will also allow me to actually get retuned for the BR filter along with the ported parts. After a few pulls, and if I'm satisfied with the boost, I will take those numbers and post the differences, if any (I do expect a change). Then, I will activate the alky, crank the boost, and get fully retuned so that I can re-dyno to see post-alky numbers. This is all dependent on if Extreme Motorsports (I know, kind of ironic here) can accommodate me tomorrow morning without it costing too much. I think Sean will work me so that it's a reasonable price, but it also depends on if they aren't already booked or busy.

Warrtalon: bring an extra set of fresh plugs with you for the cranked boost/alky. Would be a shame to waste the dyno time and get no results if/when you get missfires once the boost gets up in the high 20's.

Thank you for that suggestion, because it is a very good one and something I could have easily forgotten. Luckily, my local Advanced Auto had 2 boxes of NGK BPR8ES on the shelf, since no one uses them I guess, and I bought all of them. I also have a set of BPR7ES spare as well, so I should be all set. Tonight I did 3-4 2nd and 3rd gear pulls at 26-27psi (not tuned yet), and it's definitely more than I've ever felt in any car at any point in time, so I'm excited - both to see the pump results and alky results.

The high boost actuator I'd suggest putting maybe a 1/4 of the pin thickness on it. It is extremely hard to pull out and get on. Start there and it will probably be enough.

Wow, you're going with alcohol injection now....you are much more brave than I am. I was set on taking the plunge to TTP's Maf-T Pro and alcohol setup but I keep on imagining alky malfunctions which in turn grenade my engine. Is distribution of alcohol to all cylinders simply not an issue? Anyway, keep up the good work and I can't wait to see the new numbers!
