WHICH TURBO IS BETTER? TME or EVO9 TURBO?

I had a TME and it was a really nice upgrade for the 03 Evo. Honestly though, I have seen stock 05 turbos make more power than the TMEs. I'd be willing to bet that the 9 turbo is superior to all of them.

you could swap the tme internals into the evo and get the uber hybrid TMEIX turbo.. This would be close to the MR and RS evo IX turbo in japan that is superior to our IX turbo.

Whoa... This makes it sound like the EvoIX's turbo is many times better than the Evo VIII's... This might be a stupid question, but why does the 9's turbo only make about 10 more horses than the 8's then?
