Turbosmart Blow off Valve
Turbosmart Blow off Valve
I have question. I just installed Turbosmart BOV.
But there is one concern. It is right underneath the hood. So when it rains the water can get into the BOV really easy and mess up my engine. What do u guys think? Any advise ???

I had a Turbosmart BOV but took it out. Still, something sounds wrong with your set-up. I didnt even have the bov designed for the evo, as I purchased before it was available. It was big but still fit in good. Maybe you should post a photo so we see what's been done. How can rain hit it?
Just a quick word of caution. I just took mine off, was having issues with the car stalling, idle etc. Went back to factory BOV, and everything is wonderful. I know of quite a few people who have taken theirs off for various reasons, none good. It looks and sounds awesome, just doesn't seem to function in kind. I think I am going to be installing the FORGE this week sometime, see what happens.
I recently had a Turbosmart BOV installed and venting to the atmosphere...no problems!
Granted, the car never gets driven in the rain, but it does get washed. I'd think you'd be fine. It'd have to be a split second that a drop of water could get inside the BOV.
Your fine
